DR Motor presents its new weapons of conquest in the Salon of Bologna

In Spain DR Motor is not scarcely known but in Italy and France they have been selling for a few years now offering Chery products although assembled in Italy with small changes. With sales that have fallen a lot in recent years, now they try to relaunch the brand with four important news.

The DR3 is a new crossover developed on the basis of Chery Fulwin. It has a length of 4.2 meters and is equipped with a petrol engine of 1.4 liters and 109 HP of power. Only sold with front-wheel drive and manual gearbox although in a few months may be ordered adapted to use LPG or methane.

Derived from the DR3 also comes the DR4 with a length that goes up to 4.34 meters. The engine included under the hood is limited to gasoline, with 1.6 liters and 132 hp of power. It is only planned to be marketed with a five-speed manual gearbox and front-wheel drive.

As for the well-known DR5, now receives changes in its aesthetics and is called DR Evo5. Not that it is more beautiful than before but at least on the inside have made the necessary changes so that it does not look like a 90's car (although it maintains an excessively veteran base). It is marketed with a 1.6 liter petrol engine that develops 126 hp.

Finally the DR6 is nothing more than the new Grand Tiggo that is marketed in other countries under the Chery network. Here there are small changes in the front and interior to adapt it to the signature DR Motor although the essence is the same. Standard will have a lot of equipment and is marketed with a 2.0i 16v engine with 137 hp associated with a five-speed manual gearbox.

The only model that remains as always is the DR Zero associated with its small gasoline engine or LPG with a liter and 69 HP of power. It includes standard stability control, air conditioning, dual airbag, radio CD MP3, four electric windows and even alloy wheels, all at a reduced cost.
